Purpose

Ulinastatin 100000 IU injection is used for the treatment of

  • Sepsis is characterized by trouble in breathing, irregular heart rate, confusion, fever.
  • Acute pancreatitis to chronic pancreatitis

The medication comes under the international brand names of Miraclid, Bikunin, and Urinastatin, and an Indian brand name of U-Tryp.

 

How does it work?

Miraclid injection is a protease inhibitor that inhibits the sepsis of tissue in the host body. the treatment of mild to severe acute pancreatitis also happens with this.

 

Measures and precautions

  1. Bikunin injection is prescribed for the treatment of acute pancreatitis and sepsis by the concerned doctor. Chest
  2. Urinastatin injection is not recommended for less than 18 years of age. They are harmful to the children’s bodies.
