Uses:

Chloromycetin1gm Injectionis used to treat serious bacterial infections. The medicine is capable of fighting gram-negative bacteria that causes infections such as meningitis and rickettsia and cannot be treated with some other antibiotic.

 

Dosage:

Dosage of Paraxin1gm Injectionvaries depending on the age and weight of the patient. The dosage generally given is as follows:

• 1 year to less than 13 years- Children should be given 12.5 mg/kg three to four times in a day.
• Above 13 years- 1 g three to four times daily.
