Purpose

Misoprostol 25mcg, 100mcg, 200mcg tablets are used for the treatment of

  • Stomach ulcers
  • Also used as a combination with mifepristone for abortion.

The medication comes under the international brand name of Cytotec and an Indian brand name of Misoprost.
