Ticagrelor 90mg tablets are used for the treatment of

The medication comes under the international brand name of Brilique and Possia and has an Indian brand name of Brilinta.

 

How does it work?

Ticagrelor 90mg tablets come under the category of antiplatelets and blood thinners. Brillique medication works by sticking to the platelets themselves, hence decreasing the harmful formation of blood clots in blood vessels.  It  decreases the chances of heart attacks and strokes.

 

Measures and precautions

  1. Ticagrelor 90mg tablets are prescribed by the doctor for the treatment of heart problems and the prevention of strokes.
